Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:
-Develop and implement strategies to actively engage with our EdTech community across various platforms, including forums, social media, and other       online channels.
-Develop various activations online & offline for our existing learners to foster positive building community and growth learning mindset
-Develop a plan for converting our alumni’s base as our brand advocates

Content Creation:
-Generate and curate relevant content to share with the community, including educational resources, New products, and new features. Create a forum for them to co-discuss trending topics amongst them.

Event Management:
-Plan and organize virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, to facilitate networking and knowledge-sharing within the community.

Point of contact between company and consumer:

Actively gather feedback from the community to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the product development team.

Monitor trends and discussions to stay informed about user needs and preferences.

Advocacy and Ambassador Programs:

Identify and collaborate with enthusiastic community members to establish advocacy and ambassador programs, fostering a sense of loyalty and excitement around our EdTech platform.
