We are seeking a dedicated and talented Video Production Assistant to join our dynamic video production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production and a desire to learn and grow in this field. You will be assisting in various stages of the video production process, including pre-production planning, on-set assistance, and post-production support.
Assist in the planning and preparation of video shoots, including equipment setup, scene preparation, and coordination of logistics.
Support the camera crew during shoots with equipment handling, lighting setup, and sound recording.
Participate in location scouting and ensure all necessary permissions and logistics are handled.
Assist with the management of digital assets, including video files, images, and audio clips, ensuring they are properly logged and stored.
Provide post-production support, including basic editing tasks, syncing audio and video, and preparing files for final editing.
Help maintain video production equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and inventory is up to date.
Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, managing call sheets, and liaising with external vendors or talent.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in video production technology and techniques, and suggest improvements to production workflows.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a video production role adds an extra weightage
Strong understanding of video production processes, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
Basic Proficiency in video editing software_Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
