Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research:

Gather data from various sources and compile actional reports. This will involve using online databases, government publications, educational institutions' websites, and other relevant sources.

Data consolidation and analysis:

Collect, organize, and consolidate the acquired data into a structured format. Analyze the data to identify patterns, trends, and insights and present them to the relevant stakeholders.

Quality assurance:

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the collected data by verifying and validating the information from multiple sources. Address any data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

Work closely with our marketing and business teams to understand their requirements and provide relevant insights. Support them in making data-driven decisions based on the research findings.

Stay updated on industry trends:

Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the education sector, specifically related to engineering colleges. Share insights and recommendations on potential opportunities and challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

Educational background:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing or economics or B.Tech from a reputed institution.

Strong analytical skills:

Proficient in data collection, organization, and analysis.

Research acumen:

Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research using various sources and extract relevant information. Attention to detail is essential.

Excellent communication:

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Tech-savvy:

Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.

Collaborative mindset:

Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
