Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly engaging, and have a  background in recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Effectively communicate with candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, to attract top talent.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Generate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and challenges.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Location: Work from Home
