Key Responsibilities:

  • Bounce Cases Retention: Manage and retain monthly payments from clients, especially NBFCs, by addressing bounce cases effectively and working towards meeting monthly payment targets

  • Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and efficiency, implementing solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

  • Client Liaison: Acting as a liaison between NBFCs, Payments Team, and the internal functional teams to report monthly payments and ensure payment issues are resolved

  • SLA Compliance: Ensure that payments related tickets are resolved within agreed upon SLAs to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Refund/Closure Calls Handling: Manage the refund/closure calls team, addressing their issues and ensuring smooth operations and achieve desired retention %

  • Process Improvements in above mentioned

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Proven track record of managing payments and resolving payment-related issues.

  • Ability to understand and address client requirements effectively, particularly in the NBFC sector.

  • Experience in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Knowledge of SLA management and customer service best practices

Work Location: Hyderabad

Working days: 6 days a week
