Role Overview:

As a Performance Management Specialist at NxtWave, you will be responsible for supporting the Performance Management team in driving organizational success through effective performance management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Goal Setting and Alignment:


    • Collaborate with individual employees and teams to assist in setting clear, measurable, and achievable goals aligned with the company's objectives.

           Support Performance Evaluation and Feedback:

  • Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations to assess employees' progress towards their goals.

  • Provide support in providing constructive feedback to employees based on the Situation-Behavior-Impact (SBI) model to recognize strengths and address areas for improvement.

           Contribute to Coaching and Development:

  • Support coaching sessions to assist employees in their professional growth and skill development.

  • Assist in identifying training needs and partner with learning and development team in recommending relevant learning programs to enhance employees' capabilities.

           Collaboration and Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support in coordinating performance management activities across various departments.

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of performance management processes.

           Data Analysis Support:

  • Assist in analyzing performance data and metrics to gain insights into trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in the Ed-Tech or tech industry.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and ability to work with diverse teams.

  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.

  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in working with Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
