The Role

As a Funnel Growth Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving NxtWave's growth by ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for potential students. You'll analyze our marketing and sales funnel, pinpoint areas for improvement, and design creative solutions to boost conversion rates at every stage of the funnel. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking, customer-centricity, and a passion for continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and areas for optimization.

  • Problem-Solving: Generate creative and actionable solutions to address funnel leakages, working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and admissions teams.

  • Campaign Ideation: Design and implement targeted campaigns, outreach strategies, and re-engagement tactics to improve lead conversion throughout the funnel.

  • Customer Empathy: Develop a deep understanding of student motivations, pain points, and preferences to tailor solutions that enhance their experience.

  • A/B Testing: (If applicable) Propose and execute A/B tests on landing pages, call scripts, outreach tactics, etc., to validate optimization strategies.

  • Metrics Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of optimization efforts and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications and Background

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a business consultant or funnel analysis or similar customer-facing problem solving role would be advantageous.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.

  • Creative Problem-Solver: Natural talent for generating innovative solutions, thinking outside the box, and challenging the status quo.

  • Excellent Communicator: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and present findings to stakeholders across teams.

  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding customer needs and motivations to create a frictionless experience.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills (Bonus):

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools

  • Basic copywriting or content creation skills

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms
