As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you'll take complete ownership of growth, traction, PMF, and student success at colleges in the region assigned. You’ll work directly with NxtWave’s founding team, define the GTM playbook, build grassroots distribution, and create tangible outcomes for students.
💥 Crack GTM: end-to-end student acquisition, activation, and engagement
🔁 Validate and refine Product-Market Fit on-ground
📈 Build scalable distribution via student ambassadors, events, and campus communities
⚡ Drive product-led and community-led growth initiatives across batches
Capture and relay on-ground insights to shape product direction
