Job Description
- Role: Aptitude Trainer
- Job Type: Part Time
- Prerequisites
- Knack towards Aptitude and a passion for teaching.
- An experience as a teaching assistant or trainer will be an advantage.
- Skills
- Native fluency in Tamil, should also be well versed in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Working as Aptitude Trainer or a similar vertical
- High empathy and a natural storyteller.
- Requirements
- Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
- Able to deliver 4-hour sessions in total per week (Translates to 16H in total in a Month)
- Openness for iterations and feedback.
- Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery.
- Being thorough with all the standard practices and guidelines
- Need not prepare teaching material. Everything will be provided.
- Timings are flexible. No fixed times.
