Job Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement  the  talent acquisition operations process, policy and framework
  • Implement processes that drive efficiency and create positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Consistently monitor and benchmark best practices and technology in TA and bring recommendations for improvements.
  • Owner and guardian of all TA data analytics & reporting, ensuring and driving consistency and best practice
  • Identify the key performance metrics for the TA and Sourcing groups, track data and report on progress toward goals
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team on supporting Employer Branding activities
  • Provide ongoing training to Talent Acquisition Specialists ensuring they are aware of process and policy requirements as well as leveraging all technologies available to deliver the best service to the business.
  • Tools and Vendor Management (TPO’s, Agencies, Subscriptions, Agreements, Campus hiring.
  • Stakeholder Management and Cross team communication for TA team requirements (Finance, Compliance, HR, DA, Tech, Asset teams).
  • Data Management - Organizing, Security, Trackers, Analytics and Reports - Accounts creation, accounts management, creating and maintaining sheets, reports, budget, Turbohire reports and Analytics.
  • Response Management - Employee and HM queries and Social media queries, Direct office visit of candidates, quality assurance association)
  • Documentation of - Internal Shift process and Campus Drives.

Preferred experience:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Preferred experience in doing real time analysis, making HR MIS reports ( able to understand and generate reports, able to manage vendor reports and vendor performance).
  • Preferred experience in working with HR Softwares and should have excellent hold over advance excel formulas.
  • Experience working in a similar TA Operations role with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with an ATS - ideally Greenhouse/Turbo Hire/Zwayam
  • Experience with Google Suite - mainly with Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
  • Successfully partners with internal teams to deliver on project timelines and objectives
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and confidential information

Requirements and Skills:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s/Master’s  degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and a pro in advance spreadsheet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and being a multi-tasker.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solution Oriented mindset.


    Working Days: 6 Days a week

    Location: NxtWave's Hyderabad office

    Timings: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

    CTC: Up to 10 LPA
