Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service to our candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a passion for helping others. This role requires exceptional customer service skills to assist customers through both voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database as necessary.
Assisting with customer retention by building relationships and addressing any concerns.
Continuously improving the customer experience by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.
Manage large amounts of Tickets.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 Months - 2 Years experience in a Customer Support role(Non Voice & Voice )
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
Should have a laptop.
Proficient in English, Telugu and Hindi.
