Requirements and Skills:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1+ years experience handling HRMS tools and creating dashboards or a similar role in the Human Resources
- Department in any MNC is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data management
- Strong experience working with Employee Onboarding Softwares.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Solution Oriented mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparing Dashboards and reports for HR Operations team on monthly basis
- Handling and maintaining the records of employees data
- Updating the HRMS data on a regular basis.
- Automating the process of updations and reports
- Sharing the explaining the reports to the respective stakeholders.
- Ensuring the seamless communications (instructions/updates) across teams with respect to data or changes in system.
