Campaign Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, Native ads and Media Buying channels.
Build and define the targeting strategies, allocation & optimization of budget across ad platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging features on digital advertising platforms.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Setup, Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Track budgets against targets, optimize spending, and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously strive to exceed KPIs and set benchmarks for campaign success.
Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with the Brand team to craft compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team to create visually striking posters, fostering innovation for effective digital marketing campaigns.
Regularly communicate performance insights, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
People Management:
Team Leadership: Oversee and lead a high-performing digital marketing team responsible for executing campaigns across various platforms.
Development and Guidance: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth.
Cultural Fostering: Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the digital marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration in a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Around 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing across various platforms.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Native ads and MediaBuying.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
