Probation Period: 2 Months
Bachelors or Masters degree preferably from Arts or education stream
Proven experience working as soft skills or english language trainer for 2+ years
Alignment to the company's vision and culture
Professional fluency in English
Strong proficiency in English language, Grammar and Verbal Ability
Excellent presentation & communication skills. Should be able to explain complex subjects clearly and interestingly
Expertise in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc..( Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack is an added advantage )
Strong knowledge of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practices
Competitive GMAT and/or CAT scores
Having a NSDC certification
Any teaching or mentorship experience will be an added advantage
Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
Should have a problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset
Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
Openness for iterations and feedback
Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery
Ability to handle a class of 100 to 150 students
Deliver daily in person classroom training on soft skills and english language
Share your industry experience with learners
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Contribute to content development and product development activities
Be accountable for students' learning progress and test scores
Provide continuous feedback to students contributing to their domain skill development
