Job Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Manager who can manage a team of Growth Associates to define, coordinate, and execute the company’s growth plan. You’ll be responsible for setting up new lead generation channels, managing operations, defining playbooks, and analyzing day-to-day outcomes. This cross-functional role will allow you to work closely with sales, tech, operations, and analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and marketing strategies to implement innovative approaches.
Develop and add new customer channels.
Acquire and maintain relationships with college managements to drive business.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, sales, and customer support to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
Contribute to generating new partnerships that develop into long-term relationships.
Ensure that all business development activities are being followed and executed on time.
Using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpreting data to understand user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve growth strategies.
Taking responsibility for an End-to-End funnel.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in any of these languages. (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali and Tamil)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Go-Getter attitude
Alignment to the company's vision and culture
Prior experience in Sales/ Program Management/ Growth Management/ B2B Sales/ Affiliate Marketing

Onboarding External Partners.
Generating Leads from these External Partners.
Converting Leads that come from these Partners.
Location: Work from office.
Employment type: Permanent.
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Working Days: 6 days (Monday – Saturday. Sunday will be the week off)
