Requirements

• 2+ years Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

• Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve

• Solid understanding of video production processes, including color grading and sound editing.

• Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback.

• Need to be outcome oriented and produce deliverables satisfying with the objective given

• Achieving the desired outcome holds the the highest priority, need to act proactively to achieve it

• The attitude to always strive for the best outputs and an enthusiasm to craft engaging videos for users.

• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, flexible, approachable, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving work environment.

• Strong collaboration abilities and a flexible & friendly approach to working with teams.

• Should be open to take feedback objectively and reflect them in the next versions

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing:

  • Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, promotional materials and Ads

  • Cut, trim, and assemble footage to create seamless and visually appealing videos.

• Storytelling:

  • Collaborate with directors and content creators to understand the narrative and storytelling goals of each project.

  • Craft compelling and engaging visual stories through effective editing techniques.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate expertise in video editing software e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve to enhance and refine video content.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video editing technology.
    
    

• Color Grading:

  • Enhance video footage through color correction and grading to achieve the desired visual tone and mood.

• Sound Editing:

  • Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality and synchronized audio-visual content.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the production team, including cinematographers, scriptwriters, and directors, to achieve the intended creative vision.

  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to meet project requirements.

• Efficiency and Deadline Management:

  • Edit efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on the quality of the final product.

  • Manage and organize project files for smooth collaboration and future reference.

• Feedback and Iteration:

  • Accept and implement constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine video edits.

  • Iterate on video drafts until the desired outcome is achieved.

• File Management:

  • Organize and maintain an efficient file management system for video assets, ensuring accessibility and version control.
