  • 2+ Years Proven experience as an Advertisement Director role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising creative concepts.

  • Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard creative software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Need to be outcome oriented and produce deliverables satisfying with the objective given

  • Achieving the desired outcome holds the the highest priority, need to act proactively to achieve it

  • The attitude to always strive for the best outputs and an enthusiasm to craft engaging videos for users.

  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, flexible, approachable, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving work environment.

  • Strong collaboration abilities and a flexible & friendly approach to working with teams.

  • High determination with a constant eye on solutions.

  • Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Should be open to take feedback objectively and reflect them in the next versions

  • Need to make the best use of available resources and extract maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation:

    • Spearhead the generation of innovative and impactful ideas for advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

    • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop compelling concepts for various platforms and mediums.

  • Script Development:

    • Contribute to the creation and refinement of advertising scripts, ensuring they align with the overall creative concept and messaging strategy

  • Storyboarding and Visualization:

    • Translate conceptual ideas into detailed storyboards, providing a visual guide for the production team.

  • Video Production Oversight:

    • Direct the entire video production process, ensuring seamless coordination between teams to bring scripts to life in visually stunning and emotionally resonant campaigns.

    • Collaborate with production teams, including script writers, cinematographers, editors and animators to bring ideas to fruition.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Maintain high standards of creativity and production quality, conducting regular reviews to ensure alignment with brand standards and overall campaign objectives.

  • Feedback and Iteration:

    • Accept and implement constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine video output.
