We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Performance and Learning Interns in the Learning and Development and Performance Management team. Collaborate with managers to design and improve role-specific training plans.
Conduct training sessions to address skill gaps and support employee development.
Coordinate the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) process by scheduling discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-ups.
Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor training progress and analyze data for actionable insights.
Measure training effectiveness through feedback and suggest improvements to enhance impact.
Hands-on experience in delivering and measuring impactful training programs.
Exposure to tools like Power Automate and dashboards for performance tracking.
Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain insights into performance management.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
