Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing valuable insights to the hiring team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and has a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Management:
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring readiness for all parties.
Manage interviewers' calendars to avoid conflicts.
Documentation and Follow-Up:
Maintain accurate records of schedules, candidate feedback, and related documents.
Send post-interview communications, including feedback and next steps.
Problem Solving and Multitasking:
Address scheduling conflicts promptly.
Effectively handle multiple interviews simultaneously.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate identification.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Application Tracking and Reporting:
Manage the ATS for up-to-date candidate information.
Track and report recruitment metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Provide regular updates and collaborate on candidate selection.
Job Postings:
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Optimize postings to attract a diverse candidate pool.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
Enhancing Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Gather feedback to continually improve the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing, screening & interview techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience in [industry/sector] recruitment.
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
Job details:
6 days work week - with rotational week off - mostly it will be on Sunday
20k stipend per month
Should have your own laptop and WIFI connection
Internship duration is - 6 months - further extension or conversion to full time employment is totally based upon your performance and company's requirement at that time.
