About the Role:
As a Regional Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and success within your designated state (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal, or Orissa). You'll be the primary point of contact for all our B2B initiatives with colleges and universities, spearheading their introduction and onboarding process. You'll be responsible for overseeing all education-related initiatives within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive database of colleges within your assigned region.
Act as a key instrument in introducing and onboarding institutions to all our B2B initiatives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders/Decision Makers at colleges and universities.
Effectively communicate our company's value proposition to decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with Channel Heads, Growth Managers, and college personnel to ensure smooth onboarding, program execution, and delivery.
Be responsible for all initiatives within your area that involve educational institutes.
Plan and execute events within your region, ensuring no scheduling conflicts across channels.
Develop and maintain activity plans, track Key Results Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis, and generate comprehensive reports.
Create, Build, and Nurture the community of institutional decision-makers.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven 1+ years of experience in relationship management, ideally within the education sector (Edtech).
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Great at building relationships and fostering trust with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
Strong data literacy with the ability to read, analyze, and maintain data for effective decision-making.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with educational institutions.
Adept at constant follow-up to ensure smooth project execution.
Ability to ideate innovative ways to engage stakeholders and maintain a high level of interest in our initiatives.
A degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to interact effectively with students and decision-makers in educational institutions and colleges.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, and environments, and move to different event locations in the assigned territory.
Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and have extreme determination. Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
Creativity to come up with innovative solutions when faced with unexpected challenges.
People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines
A sales mindset, to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to decision-makers and achieve monthly targets
