• Professional fluency in English with excellent presentation & communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Java and Spring Framework (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
  • Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Experience with Git, version control, and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide practical solutions.
• Openness to feedback, continuous improvement, and iterations.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to student success.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js) for full-stack development knowledge.
• Content development experience using tools like Google Docs, Google Slides, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Java and Spring training sessions, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience.
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, coding exercises, and hands-on projects.
• Assist in designing curriculum and training materials.
• Conduct live sessions, hands-on coding workshops, and practical labs to help students understand Java and Spring concepts effectively.
• Address students’ doubts and provide clear, structured explanations to simplify complex topics.
• Provide real-world project-based training to help students gain industry-ready skills.
• Offer constructive feedback on student projects and guide them on best practices.
• Monitor student progress, provide mentorship, and support their career growth.
• Organize group discussions and coding challenges to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
• Maintain a repository of FAQs and solutions based on common student queries.
