Able to deliver 4-6 hours of recorded sessions in total per week

Timings are flexible. No fixed times
Native fluency in Marathi
Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in DSA and expertise in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C, or C++)
Good-to-Have Skills: Additional programming knowledge and prior mentoring or teaching experience
Good communication skills
Working in top product companies in the field of software development
High empathy and a natural storyteller
Interest in learning new technologies and a passion for teaching
Prior experience as a teaching assistant or trainer will be an advantage
