Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates for Tele Sales and Inside Sales positions.

    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience in Tele Sales and Inside Sales.

    • Conduct initial candidate assessments to gauge their fit for open positions.

  • Interview Coordination:

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    • Ensure that candidates have all the necessary information for successful interviews.

  • Candidate Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing information about the company and open positions.

    • Address candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Bulk Hiring Support:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand bulk hiring needs and priorities.

    • Plan and execute sourcing strategies for mass recruitment, ensuring timely fulfilment of positions.

  • Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market intelligence relevant to Tele Sales and Inside Sales roles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for Tele Sales and Inside Sales positions in bulk.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools for high-volume recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus.
