Roles and Responsibilities
Device a training plan to train the students on Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, etc..) to crack IT fresher roles.
Design and deliver content, PPTs, practice assessments, and Mock Tests.
Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
Take complete ownership of the successful completion of all the training modules.
Good grasp of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning data interpretation, and all related topics to crack IT Fresher Interviews
Skills
Prior experience of 2+years in aptitude training (1-year experience can be considered depending on skill set)
Working in top product companies or training institutes in the relevant field
High empathy and a natural storyteller.
Eloquent with English
Good communication skills.
Native fluency in Telugu is a big plus
