Business Development Executive[Field Sales]

Job Overview:

We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to travel outside and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings and networking efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in generating business leads and closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Travel outside and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish relationships.

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organisations.

  • Manage client requirements, particularly in placing trained candidates  (Software developers) from NxtWave.

  •  Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.

  • Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.

  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel within the city and meet companies daily.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets.

  • Prior experience in B2B sales (6 months to 1 year) is a plus.

  • Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships across midsize and large organisations.

  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to tour and effectively demonstrate products or services to potential clients.

  • Strong empathy levels to grasp and address client challenge

Compensation: 4- 6 LPA + 2.4 LPA (Variable)

           Work days: 6 Days a week

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Note: Whoever gets selected, will have 2 months of training at our Hyderabad office.
