Job Overview:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to travel outside and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings and networking efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in generating business leads and closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Travel outside and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish relationships.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organisations.
Manage client requirements, particularly in placing trained candidates (Software developers) from NxtWave.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel within the city and meet companies daily.
Conduct research to identify new markets.
Prior experience in B2B sales (6 months to 1 year) is a plus.
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships across midsize and large organisations.
Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
Ability to tour and effectively demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
Strong empathy levels to grasp and address client challenge
Compensation: 4- 6 LPA + 2.4 LPA (Variable)
Work days: 6 Days a week
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai
Note: Whoever gets selected, will have 2 months of training at our Hyderabad office.
