About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at NxtWave. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling social media communities, with experience in end-to-end social media management. You will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms while fostering a thriving online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow NxtWave's social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Build, engage, and scale communities of 100k+ followers on social platforms.
Create and execute monthly social media calendars with engaging content strategies.
Plan and oversee the production of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
Content Creation & Campaigns:
Ideate and execute creative campaigns to boost engagement and follower growth.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors to create visually appealing and impactful content.
Coordinate and manage shoots and production for brand and community-focused content.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers to drive brand reach and engagement.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with NxtWave’s goals.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms to measure the success of campaigns.
Present detailed monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance and engagement.
Use social media management tools to streamline operations and optimize campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to align social media activities with broader brand objectives.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including agencies and partners, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management.
Prior experience in a social media agency or managing a community of at least 100k followers.
Strong expertise in scaling social media communities and building engagement.
Proven experience with end-to-end social media page management (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute impactful campaigns.
Experience in content creation, shoot coordination, and production management.
Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Locobuzz, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Analytical approach with experience in tracking metrics, analyzing data, and creating performance reports.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
